EAST LIBERTY, OH – Jen Dunn, director of the Office of the President, Marketing, Communications and External Affairs at the Transportation Research Center Inc. (TRC), has been selected by Leadership Ohio as one of 35 emerging leaders from across the state to be a fellow in the program’s 2025 class. Since 1996, Leadership Ohio has been the state's premier leadership development program, connecting diverse leaders from across Ohio to promote positive change. This is TRC’s third consecutive year with a fellow accepted to the esteemed program.
A native of Logan County, Dunn is a graduate of Tiffin University, where she received a bachelor's degree in business administration. She has been with TRC since 2021 ensuring the seamless operation of the president’s office while contributing to the organization's overall efficiency and success. She also plays a key role in fostering strong relationships internally and externally. She is also a founder of TRC WOMEN (Women Offering Mentorship Expertise & Networking), an organization promoting professional, technical, educational, and personal connections among its members.
“All of us at TRC are excited to see Jen Dunn selected for this prestigious honor,” said Brett Roubinek, TRC’s president and CEO. “We see her leadership skills demonstrated in everything she does for us here, so it is gratifying to have those talents recognized on a statewide level.”
“I’m truly honored to have been named as a fellow in this respected statewide program, and I look forward to learning from my Leadership Ohio teammates over the coming year, just as I hope to contribute from my own life and workplace experiences,” said Dunn.
During their year of volunteer service, Leadership Ohio fellows will engage in a series of intensive sessions that cover topics such as the state judiciary, small town resurgence, and civil discourse while being exposed to an influential network of decision makers. Importantly, they will build impactful relationships with other leaders from around the state with goals for lasting change. Upon graduation, fellows are inducted into the Leadership Ohio alumni network of accomplished and visionary Ohioans.
